Opened October 1st, 2011 , ” Memus ” is the Museum and Historical Archive of the San Carlo Teatre. Not thought of as a traditional museum , the new space of the Neapolitan “Lirico” – housed in the premises of the Royal Palace – is presented as a true multi-purpose center.

Equipped with the latest technology, includes a large exhibition area of 300 square meters, a virtual gallery in 3D , an events hall at least 50 seats, a bookshop and a documentation center.
